About Thomas Shanley

Thomas Shanley has spent his career inside multi-unit operations. As a former Director of Operations for a multi-unit restaurant group, he learned exactly what franchise finances look like under pressure — and what happens when the books aren’t clean. That experience led him to franchise ownership across three brands: Daigle Cleaning, Brushmaster Painting, and Whole Property Management. It also led him to found Shanley Business Advisors, a bookkeeping and financial advisory firm built exclusively for franchise owners — bringing the rare combination of hands-on operator experience and financial expertise that most franchisees never get from a standard bookkeeper.
