ASSOCIATION JOIN FORCES TO CREATE THE BEST CERTIFIED
FRANCHISE ADVISOR COURSE FOR THE LATINO COMMUNITY

[New York, New York] – The National Franchise Alliance (NFA) and the Latino Franchise Association (LFA)
are proud to announce their new partnership in developing the Latino Certified Franchise Advisor course. This
dynamic collaboration between the two organizations will provide the best and most comprehensive franchise
education and culturally relevant franchise certification program in the industry for the Latino community.
Our collaboration brings together the NFA's expertise in franchise education and the LFA's deep understanding
of the Latino market. With the increasing growth of Latino-owned businesses, both organizations saw the need
for a specialized course that addresses the unique needs and challenges faced by Latino entrepreneurs in the
franchise industry. Our organizations are committed to creating an educational platform designed specifically
for the Latino community.

Association,” said Michael G. Bullinger, President of NFA. “Together, we are creating a course that not only
provides exceptional training for franchise advisors, but also serves the fast-growing Latino community and

Dr. Robert Needham, Director of Education and Strategy at NFA, developed the curriculum and instructional
design for the Latino CFA course. Dr. Needham's impressive career, which includes a PhD in Business
Administration, a Juris Doctor degree, and over 30 years of experience as a business and franchise advisor,
has made him a nationally recognized speaker, consultant, and coach. Not only has he appeared on over 300
radio and television shows and been featured in numerous magazines, but he has also authored over 20
books, including the acclaimed 'Solving the Puzzle of Owning a Franchise.' With a background as a veteran of
the US Air Force and the NASA Space Shuttle Program, combined with his expertise as a four-time franchisor,
five-time franchisee, and an area representative and brand/sales manager for over 100 franchise brands, Dr.
Needham is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable and experienced individuals in the franchise
industry.
