Collaborative Franchise Systems, LLC (CFS) is a new brand for a 30+ year franchisor development company. It is the former franchise division of SPECTRUM Advanced Markets, Inc. which has been a reliable business and franchise advisory, consulting, and coaching company.
Our founder, Dr. Robert A. Needham is the CEO of both companies. CFS works as a “collaborative,” meaning we work with multiple industry experts as one team.
We provide services nationwide and with some international clients. We are based in the Birmingham Metropolitan Area (Helena).
